There are only 88 spacious townhomes available. They range in size from 1,300 to 1,800 sq. ft. and have either 2 or 3 bedrooms with a vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, basement, garage and deck. All the homes are scattered in small clusters and are carefully plotted to take advantage the ample views.

Townhomes can be purchased completely finished on the inside, or if you wish; finished to your specifications. The finished package includes, whirlpool, gas heat, central air, formal dining room, spacious living room and a sumptuous master bedroom.
